ISG-kernel is an integrated, modular software for the control of robots (RC), of machine tools, woodworking and beam cutting machines (CNC) as well as of packaging and textile machines (MC). Configuration and parameterization can also be done by the user.
ISG-virtuos is an open, cross-company simulation platform, with which complete production systems including all components (controls, robots, material flow etc.) can be checked and optimized in deterministic real time. Consulting and implementation on the basis of "best practice" solutions lead to the efficient use of virtuos by control, machine and plant manufacturers as well as by operators of automation systems.
TwinStore forms the digital exchange platform for component and plant suppliers as well as plant operators for comprehensive virtual design, protection and commissioning.

ISG-virtuos – EPLAN Electric P8 integration
With the Integration between ISG-virtuos and EPLAN Electric P8, data can be exchanged bi-directionally between electrical engineering and virtual commissioning platform The function of the EPLAN Electric P8 and ISG-virtuos is the consistent transfer of master data and transactional / project related data similar to ERP connectors. This includes for example technical data of the sensors, actuators and control components in the systems (e.g. Stroke range for cyclinders, Process temperature for fluid sensor) as well positioning information’s, PLC address lists and more. With the bi-directional connector, data can be imported or exported into both worlds. Relevant data can be easily exchanged between the different workstations of electrical engineers and simulation engineers. Both can freely determine when they utilise the data from the other discipline, and place it at the others disposal. This allows the controlled exchange of information.
